moonlune is a young fashion brand that combines classic designs with deliciously sensuous silks, velvets and fake fur. All our products are made for us in Shanghai.

We sell our products direct from the moonlune website and at certain events in the UK. We also sell through retail outlets and if you are interested in discussing wholesale terms, please contact us.

Payment and Delivery
You can purchase from this website by going to the items concerned and clicking on the “Buy Now” button. Once you have finished choosing, click on "Go to checkout". A combined invoice will be produced. The invoice will show the cost of the items and of postage and packaging (UK delivery). All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £1.50 per item.

Items will be despatched by recorded delivery as soon as possible. This will normally take a few days and, taking into account this and postal delays, you should allow at least three weeks for delivery.

Returns
We will exchange or refund any purchase that fails to live up to your expectations provided that the item is returned to us within seven days of receipt by you, has not been damaged and is in the original packaging.
